Woman Claims She Bloodied Harvey Weinstein's Genitals During Attempted Rape

Harvey Weinstein who is a former film producer and a convicted sex offender has got another accusation coming his way. Claims are the rape survivor bloodied Weintstein's genitals as she fought him off, according to the lawsuit.

Hayley Gripp, an aspiring actor had kept the incident to herself for years but has now opened up, says the lawsuit. She has claimed that the film producer forced himself on her in November 2021. She mentioned that she was only 19 years old at that time. For years she didn't realise who he was until 2017 when she saw Weinstein in the news.

Even though Hayley Gripp has denied doing any interviews, the incident described by her is present in the court papers. The papers state that Weinstein associate engaged the 19-year-old as she was having coffee in a hotel lobby. The associate then invited Gripp for a fuller breakfast with the guests invited for the Britannia Awards. She further asked Gripp to meet one of her producer friends in a hotel suite, who could help her before the 'big casting'. Gripp reluctantly agreed.

After Gripp entered the suite, papers say that Harvey Weinstein introduced himself as 'Dom'. The associate offered her a drink to which Gripp denied as she wasn't 21 years complete. Listening to her denial, the associate said, "It’s rude not to accept a drink from someone who feeds you and shows you hospitality." Gripp claimed to have experienced a brief blackout after the drink according to papers.

The aspiring actor claims to have woken up to Weinstein's fingers inside her which she couldn't feel until she felt the cold metal of his watch. Further, the papers state, "To escape his hold, Ms. Gripp began flailing her arms and, in doing so, broke her acrylic nail against the coffee table. Ms. Gripp then stabbed Weinstein on the bottom part of his scrotum with her sharp broken nail."

This account may be explained through Weinstein's infamously deformed genitals. Jessica Mann had told the Manhattan courtroom that Weinstein's genitals had extreme scarring. Further, it was known that Weinstein had been deformed by “Fournier’s gangrene,” which is a bacterial infection contracted through cuts or scratches in the genitals.

Imran H. Ansari, attorney of the former producer Harvey Weinstein told the Post that he denies these allegations. Weinstein is serving a 23-year sentence at the Wende Correctional Facility, a maximum-security prison in Erie County.
