Devotion goes a long way and age is just a number. A similar incidence made rounds recently when a 68-year-old woman from Buldhana district, Maharashtra started her journey all by herself on a bicycle to Vaishno Devi. She is set to cover a total of 2,200 kilometres.
Vaishno Devi, a popular Hindu cave temple, is located near Katra at the Trikuta Mountains, Jammu. Millions of devotees visit the holy shrine during Navratri every year. As per reports the lady left from Khamgaon on July 24. She covers almost 40 km a day and halts when it starts getting dark. She has crossed Madhya Pradesh this week.

Video went viral immediately
After the video went viral netizens lauded the lady's courage and determination with which she is seen riding a bicycle and carrying essentials for the way.
The video was shared by a Twitter user by the name Ratan Sharda, who is a columnist as per the Twitter bio. The video was captioned "A 68 year old Marathi lady is going to Vaishnodevi on her own, alone, by geared cycle. 2200 km from Khamgaon. Mother's power 🙏💐😇 #MatruShakti" posted in 19th October.
