Muskan Pathan
15-year-old Muskan Pathan became the country’s topper in this year’s ICSE exams. What makes her accomplishment more spectacular is the fact that she did not attend any tuition classes to achieve 99.4%.
Eti Agarwal
A Lucknowi girl, Eti Agarwal (24) emerged as the topper of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She secured 74.88% (599 marks out of 800). She received a call from the ICAI president and vice-president.
Archana Sasi
Archana Sasi from Bengaluru secured the top spot in the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) PG Entrance Exam.
Nishita Purohit
Surat girl Nishita Purohit emerged as the topper of the AIIMS MBBS entrance by securing a perfect 100 percentile score. She shunned social media, studied for six to seven hours every day, made short notes for reference and paid attention in the classroom.
Vrunda Rathi
17-year-old Vrunda Rathi topped this year’s the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE) among girls. She wants to attend the Indian Institute of Science in Bengaluru since she wants to pursue a career in research.

Shaheera Ahmed
18-year-old Shaheera Ahmed topped Kashmir‘s State Board class 12 exams, scoring a whopping 498 out of 500. She had consistently been an exceptional student and had come second in Kashmir’s Class 10 board exams in 2014. She achieved such incredible grades even after her school was closed for five months in this academic year – a repercussion owing to the killing of Wani in July 2016 by the security forces.
These girls are the quintessence of how hard work and focus can help one in achieving dizzying heights. Their will to succeed is truly inspirational.
