Facebook Appoints Spoorthi Priya As Its Grievance Officer For India

Spoorthi Priya has been appointed as the grievance officer for Facebook India, the social media platform updated on its website.

Priya's appointment comes under the new digital laws outlined by the central government for the social media platforms. According to the new rules the social media platforms in India will have to appoint one grievance officer, one nodal officer and chief compliance officer. All these officials should reside in India.
