Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister late Arjun Singh's wife Saroj Kumari has accused her her sons Abhimanyu Singh and Ajay Singh of harassment. She alleged that they forced her to move out out of the house, reported TOI. Kumari moved court on Tuesday, 19th June.
What is her complaint?
The 83-year-old woman personally visited the court with her daughter Veena Singh and NRI industrialist Sam Varma.
Her complaint has been filed under the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act in the court of judicial magistrate Gaurav Pragyan.

Besides her two sons, the complaint also has a mention of Suniti Singh, Ajay Singh's wife. Congress Leader, Ajay Singh, is the leader of opposition (LOP) in the Madhya Pradesh assembly.
Hearing in the case is scheduled for 19th July.
In a TOI report, Kumari said, "My sons Abhimanyu Singh and LoP Ajay Singh indulged in domestic violence against me and forced me out of my own house. They have also refused to take care of my maintenance which compelled me to approach the court."
"I have urged the court to help me so that I can live in my own house and also requested it to issue orders for eviction of Ajay Singh from that house," she added.
Kumari's husband, Arjun Singh, was a Congress member his entire life. He died in 2011 due to a heart attack.
