Disha Ravi Toolkit Case: Lawyer Says Ravi Not A Rebel Without Cause

Disha Ravi Lawyer: Disha Ravi's bail was heard in the toolkit case on February 20.

The state attorney told the court that Ravi's is the one responsible for tarnish India's image and claimed a link between her and pro-khalistani organisation. The state also argued that the toolkit was aimed at creating unrest in the country by using Farmers Protest.

• The police told the judge that Dish Ravi has now deleted her chats with climate activist Greta Thunberg to cover her tracks. "This shows her guilty mind and sinister design," the police told Additional Sessions Judge Dharmendra Rana.
• Disha Ravi's lawyer said that the toolkit wasn't linked to Khalistani Body Sikhs For Justice. He added, “Disha is not a rebel without a cause. There’s a cause of environment, of agriculture and interlink between them.”
• Her lawyer Sidharth Agarwal also said that the toolkit only said that people should the republic day march and that the police had already given permission for it.
• The lawyer also said, "If I approach a dacoit for temple donation, how do you say I'm privy to dacoity? What is the evidence against her?"
• The court has decided to put a stay on Disha Ravi's bail.
