Dipika Kakar, Shoaib Ibrahim Share Son's First Photo, Reveal Name

Television stars Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar recently delighted their fans by sharing their first-ever photo with their son. The couple also revealed the name of their son, who is a month older now. 

Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim keep their fans entertained and updated about their daily life through their social media vlogs including their entire family. In January 2023, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child after five years of marriage.

Since then, the couple has posted their entire journey as new parents-to-be on their social media and have also cleared the rumours going around about them. The couple welcomed their first child on June 21, Shoaib Ibrahim shared on his social media.

In their latest post, Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar shared the first picture of their baby son, Ruhaan, after his birth. In the photo, the little one remains hidden from the camera, with only his tiny fist peeking out. The couple expressed their immense gratitude for the tremendous support and well-wishes they received from their fans. In the caption, Kakar conveyed her heartfelt appreciation, stating, "Ruhaan. Thank you for including him in your prayers."

Shoaib Ibrahim posted on social media that Dipika Kakar had delivered a healthy baby boy on the morning of June 21. Though the delivery was premature, the baby is healthy and he assured that there is nothing to worry about. The couple had shared pregnancy scans recently and had announced that the baby was due in July 2023. However, the delivery took place earlier, just a day after Ibrahim celebrated his 36th birthday.

In his birthday post on Instagram on June 20, Shoaib Ibrahim expressed his happiness about celebrating his birthday as a ‘papa-to-be’. The actor shared his excitement about entering a new phase in life. 

Dipika Kakar had earlier shared about being diagnosed with gestational diabetes after getting pregnant. She was kept on medications as her sugar levels were really high. After announcing her first pregnancy, she also said that she had a  miscarriage before which took a toll on her mental and physical health but her family and spouse supported her a lot to overcome that phase.

While Shoaib Ibrahim has been active as an actor, Dipika Kakar has not taken any acting projects for quite some time now. She shared that she wanted to focus on her married life and post-pregnancy announcement, she made it clear that she wanted to focus on her motherhood journey for now.
