The craze for Dandiya raas has been prevalent for ages now, especially during the Navaratri season. And people celebrating are trying interesting ideas to indulge themselves in. On Sunday, a group of people got together in the Surat city of Gujarat to perform Dandiya in a swimming pool following it up with a full-fledged Garba dance.

October 2 not only marked a national holiday on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti but also served as the seventh day of Navaratri. A group of people in Gujarat took this opportunity and went a step ahead to popularise the Dandiya form, participating in a thorough dance performance. The video showed a gathering of people in Udaipur dressed up in their traditional attires and performing the super hit song Chogada at a swimming pool. The video had several people join in the celebration while they performed in sync with each other to the popular song.
