The appointments demonstrate the effectiveness and professionalism of women officers in the force. Coincidentally, Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA )has given the CRPF the task of developing a tableau focused on women's empowerment in all Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) for the Republic Day Parade in 2023.
