Bhupendra Hooda Video: Congress leader Bhupender Singh Hooda in a video was seen sitting on a tractor while women MLAs of Congress pulled the vehicle with ropes.
The video has been string a lot of debate. Union Miniter Smriti Irani gave her statement on the same and condemned Hooda for taking part in it.
The video according to Hooda is about women protesting against the fuel hike. Irani in her statement on the matter said, "It is an absolutely shocking sight. A Congress leader sits calmly on a tractor which he is making female Congress workers pull physically. I understand he wants to make a political statement, protest but should that be done at the cost of women?"
She then hit out at Sonia Gandhi and question the way women in Congress are treated. "As the female president of the Congress party, the silence of Sonia Gandhi on this issue is also speaking volumes that how women in the Congress are reduced to the task that even men refuse to do."
