Swati hails from the southern part of the country and can speak English fluently. She lives in Assi Ghat and the locals give her food to eat and sleeps there. Assai Ghat is in the southern part of the city and a popular tourist spot.

Here's the video of Computer Science Graduate Swati that has gone viral.

Swati shares that she got paralysed from the right side after having a child. Due to this, a part of her body stopped working and she left her house. According to Avneesh, the student who interviewed her, she is well-versed with computers and even uses different software for typing work.

People around her, however, write her off as mentally unstable. Swati is full of self respect and she wants a job and not charity.

Earlier in 2020 we heard a heart warming story of 17-year-old Asma Salim Shaikh. She battled financial odds and scored 40 percent in the Maharashtra SSC exam. All her life, Asma Salim has been living on Mumbai footpaths outside Azad Maidan along with parents and brother. Asma the daughter of a lemon juice vendor had no access to basic amenities and studied under the streetlights but the girl has proved her mettle by scoring 40 percent in SSC exams. After her results she was promised her a part-time job and a house for her to move out from the footpath.
