A crowd of people standing around Yadav can be seen in the video. Pointing to the man she accuses of having painted his house black, she also alleges he abused her, threatened to beat her and said Barack Obama, former US President, is her father.
Identifying the woman as her, the video has been shared several times over on social media, aside from the videos of Yadav already viral from the cab driver assault incident.
In a video that went viral on Twitter earlier this week, a woman (later recognised as Yadav) was seen brutally thrashing a cab driver (Saadat Ali) for allegedly almost hitting her with his car when she was crossing the road in Lucknow. She allegedly also broke his phone during the incident and hit bystanders nearby who tried to intervene. In later interviews, she alleged the driver brought 100 goons to beat her up.
An FIR in the assault case has reportedly been filed against Yadav under IPC sections 394 and 427. Follow updates in the case here.
