Bulli Bai App Accused Neeraj Bishnoi Had Multiple Twitter Handles

Deputy Commissioner of Police (IFSO) KPS Malhotra, has informed the media about revelations made by Bulli Bai app creator Neeraj Bishnoi. The Bulli Bai app was created to upload pictures of influential Muslim women, for an online "auction". Earlier on January 6, the IFSO(Intelligence Fusion and Strategic Operations) team of Delhi Police Special Cell made the arrest in Jorhat of Assam.

DCP (IFSO) told ANI that Neeraj Bishnoi, arrested from Assam by Delhi Police Special Cell’s IFSO team, is the main conspirator & creator of ‘Bulli Bai’ on GitHub and he is also the main Twitter account holder of the app.

Revelations Made By Bulli Bai Accused Neeraj Bishnoi:

As per IFSO, the accused Neeraj Bishnoi has disclosed that he chose the Gurumukhi script as he found it to be more impactful that the Devanagari script. He also informed how he tried to harm himself twice and threatened to die by suicide. The IFSO confirmed of taking due care of the accused.

The mastermind of Bulli Bai app, Bishnoi has also disclosed to the police that he was in touch with the creator of Sulli Deals, who created the application on GitHub in May, 2021 and he propagated the same.

As per the statement given by him to the police, he was using the Twitter account of the girl Shweta Singh who was arrested by the Mumbai police. Bishnoi was in constant touch of the people who were earlier arrested by Mumbai Police in Sulli Deals case. However, he never met them directly and did not even had their contact number. They used to communicate via group chats on Twitter.

Neeraj Bishnoi who is B.Tech student from Vellore Institute of Technology, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh has an inclination towards gaming character of Japan animation, namely GIYU. He also has an account named GIYU on Twitter through which he challenged the law enforcement agencies to catch him if they could. GIYU is a Japanese character-a tall young man of a muscular stature and pale complexion.

The police stated, Neeraj had multiple Twitter handles and was found to be habitual in hacking, defacing the websites, and learning it since he was 15 years of age. Earlier, he has also hacked various websites of schools and universities of India and Pakistan.
