Earlier we had reported:
Tanya Roberts, who played the role of Bond girl in 1985’s A View to a Kill, has died on Sunday, according to TMZ. She was 65. She played Stacey Sutton in Roger Moore's final film as 007. The classic 80s star also co-starred on That ’70s Show and Charlie’s Angels.
I was so sad to read that Tanya Roberts has passed away at the age of 65. I always called her the "Underrated Angel," because I don't feel like she was appreciated enough during her short stint on Charlie's Angels, but I thought she was really great. What sad news. I adore her. pic.twitter.com/feCbwf05Yk

Roberts's representative reportedly told TMZ that she was walking her dog on December 24 and collapsed after returning home. She was rushed to the hospital and put on a ventilator but she never recovered. Her friend Mike Pingel told The Hollywood Reporter there was no sign of COVID-19 related problems, although the cause of death is still unknown since Roberts was not ill in the days leading up to her death. "I'm devastated. She was brilliant and beautiful and I feel like a light has been taken away. To say she was an angel would be at the top of the list. She was the sweetest person you'd ever meet and had a huge heart. She loved her fans, and I don't think she realised how much she meant to them," Pingel said.
I cannot tell you how many times I watched BEASTMASTER growing up and part of that was Tanya Roberts who (no kidding) elevated a thankless cheesecake role despite having ZERO help from the script or director. She just injected some soul. I loved her. pic.twitter.com/BK5TGsMRht

She was married to screenwriter Barry Roberts, who died in 2006, and didn't have any children. Born Victoria Leigh Blum, Roberts is survived by her current husband, Lance, and her sister Barbara Chase. Talking about being a Bond girl, Roberts had said, "I sort of felt like every girl who'd ever been a Bond Girl had seen their career go nowhere, so I was a little cautious." Talking to the Daily Mail in 2015, she had expressed, "I remember I said to my agent, 'No one ever works after they get a Bond movie' and they said to me, 'Are you kidding? Glen Close would do it if she could."
Besides bagging the major role in A View to a Kill, the model-actress, Roberts appeared in commercials like Excedrin, Ultra Brite, Clairol and Cool Ray sunglasses. She'd posed for Playboy. In addition, she starred in movies like Tourist Trap, The Beastmaster and Sheena.
