A Bengaluru Airport staff was praised for her sweet gesture towards passengers using the women's washroom. A Twitter user shared her experience recently and a huge number of women joined the conversation as they all share the same experience.
A kind gesture can take you ahead, proving this Bengaluru Airport staff about whom we don't even know the name or her face but her shining personality and positive words have reached thousands. As much as hate spreads rapidly on the internet, appreciating good people is also a trend that keeps coming back. It is sometimes heartwarming to see people appreciating and cheering others and promoting positivity. Especially passengers before boarding a flight are sometimes anxious and a positive attitude like this can help them a lot.
BLR Airport Staff Wins Hearts
A woman named Amanda shared her happy experience with a certain staff she met at the women's washroom in Bengaluru airport recently. She wrote, "In one of the women's washrooms at the Bangalore airport, there's this staff person who very sweetly wishes every person leaving the washroom, "Happy journey!" Always makes my journey very happy, indeed." And this tweet blew up after a huge number of women replied to her tweet saying they too have met this staff during their own visits to the airport and were pleased by such behaviour.
A woman named Disha wrote beneath the said tweet, "Came across her during a long layover and she wished me EVERY SINGLE TIME I went to the bathroom. Made an otherwise terrible day slightly bearable.." Another person observed this comment and pointed out something so interesting, he said, "“Made an otherwise terrible day slightly bearable..” insane how much a random little act of kindness can affect us. I guess the opposite is true too, i.e a good day, but a rude stranger."
Another woman who share the similar experience, wrote, "Omg I know EXACTLY who you mean. She’s a total sweetheart and goes out of her way to wish people." So did this woman, who said, "Yess I met her last week she's so cute. I heard her wish everyone else and when I was leaving she was busy cleaning, so I waited till she was done and said bye to her and she wished me too!"
The official Twitter handle of Bengaluru airport also commented saying, "Hello @BeingAnda, we're super delighted to know that you loved our initiative to make our passenger's journey more memorable."
It is fascinating how women on the internet are bonding over another woman's cheerful attitude and two words of greeting. The bar is that low to make someone happy in this otherwise cynical world we live in.
