I can't wait to continue growing, loving, and learning with you for the rest of your life. Yes, a thousand times yes."

After 27 years of marriage, Bill Gates and Melinda Gates surprised the world by announcing their separation last year. "We have decided to end our marriage after giving it a lot of thought and putting a lot of effort into improving our relationship. We have raised three amazing children over the past 27 years and established a foundation that works globally to help everyone live healthy, fulfilling lives," the couple said in a statement.
"We still believe in that mission, and we'll keep working together at the foundation, but we no longer think that we can grow as a couple in this stage of our life," they said.
