Baba Ka Dhaba Owner Health Update: Doctors Say Condition Still Critical

DCP (South) Atul Kumar Thakur said that the medicolegal report of Prasad shows intake of alcohol and sleeping pills as the reason for unconsciousness. His son, Karan confirmed the same to the police.

The doctors of the mentioned hospital, on June 19, said that he is still in a critical condition and has been admitted to the ICU where he is being observed, according to a report by Indian Express. A hospital official said, "He is unconscious and is on a ventilator."

His wife Badami Devi said that Prasad closed the new restaurant in Malviya Nagar which opened in December last year and was back to his old roadside stall in Malviya Nagar. She explained that the cost of running the new establishment was around Rs 1 lakh monthly while Prasad’s income was only around Rs 30,000 per month.

Prasad had earlier alleged that his funds were being misused and that he was cheated by YouTuber Gaurav Wasan. He told the IndianExpress that people came in only to take selfies and his sales had not picked up due to the video.

However, Prasad later apologised to Wasan for the misunderstanding that led to him filing the complaint against the YouTuber. A food blogger shared a video of Prasad in which he was heard saying that he never called Wasan a thief. Later a picture of Wasan, Prasad and his wife Badami Devi was shared on social media in which they seemed to have reconciled.
