Rachna Khanna - Founder of PINWI Parenting app:

2017 is going to be an eventful year for me both personally and professionally. Pinwi has to create value for parents and children. It has to be the go to app for decision making for parents and has gain more recognition as a smart data driven solution.

So I have a lot to look forward to, get done and be grateful for. I had a simple 0123 mantra that I started following last year and hope to chase it this year with more diligence.

Have zero complaints, take one day at a time, be twice as focused and thrice as effective - everyday with everything. The first one is the toughest to crack. Overcome that and half the battle is won.

Kishi Arora - Founder of Foodaholics

I plan to travel to smaller cities more especially within India. Madhya Pradesh and Orissa are on my mind. Last year I travelled a lot around Tamil Nadu.

I also plan to pay more attention to my own health. I want to exercise and start with a personal trainer.

My resolution this year is to keep calm in face of the cascade of household troubles that assail one every day, with the relentlessness of waves. Till now, I always used to wait for this perfect, no-disturbance period in the (imaginary) future when there would be nothing in my life but the undisputed pursuit of work, and then meltdown when it never worked out that way.

My other resolution is to drink a glass of milk every night!

Kirthi Jayakumar, Co-founder The Red Elephant

In 2017, I want to work hard to live more compassionately and with fewer expectations. I am discovering the art of mindfulness and am attempting to be non-violent in my communication.

My only resolution is to work hard every day of the year, come what may, with courage, strength and compassion.

In the domain that we're working in, every hand matters, every mind counts. I want to be able to collaborate as much as I can, and by this time, next year, I want to be able to look back and say, 'That collaboration made a HUGE change!'"

Roxy Arora, Author

For my personal resolutions I want to carry my book forward to the United Nations or some equally powerful body. My objective is world peace.
