Ashli Babbit, a pro-trump protestor who was shot dead by police during the Capitol Hill riot, was reportedly a 100% supporter of QAnon conspiracy theory and had at many times expressed her anger at the democratic candidates such as Kamala Harris and Joe Biden.
The report also says Babbit on election day had tweeted 77 times about the alleged vote fraud which declared Joe Biden as the next president of the United States of America. She was continuously retweeting Donald Trump and other Republican lawmakers' vote fraud claims. Through her tweets, she was also accusing Democratic lawmakers of being "evil pedophiles" and other names while supporting Donald Trump.

QAnon is a misinformed conspiracy theory that claims that Donald Trump has been trying to save the world from 'satanic pedophiles' including Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and Hollywood celebrities. According to Guardian, her tweets were assessed by extremism experts and they called her firm believer of QAnon and other such theories. QAnon has been seen as a potential threat that can incite domestic terror.
Travis View who hosts a podcast named QAnon Anonymous was reported saying that Babbit was a "100% dedicated" follower of the theory and he said, " She was deep into it." Babbit had reportedly tweeted " “Your government doesn’t fear you anymore. That needs to change. ASAP.” Signalling towards the January 6, 2021 riot at the Capitol building.
She also tweeted, "Nothing will stop us....they can try and try and try but the storm is here and it is descending upon DC in less than 24 hours....dark to light!"

Babbit's husband called her "patriot" and a strong supporter of Donald Trump. He also revealed that Babbit was a 14-year US Air Force veteran and a special security staff. It has also been revealed that Babbit was running a business since May 2017. In 2016, a case was filed against Babbit by her husband's ex-girlfriend who accused Babbit of verbal threatening. She also alleged that Ashli Babbit followed her and rear-ended her car three times.
