PR Daily reports, that even though 80% of employees who work in the industry are women, when it comes to leadership positions, four out of five positions are acquired by men.

A Catalyst study however proves that companies with more women in leadership positions are have higher returns on equity and hence, by hiring less women at management positions, companies are losing out on a great opportunity. The main reasons why women prove to be more effective are:
