In a shocking incident, a 12-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by three minor cousins for over five months in Gujarat’s Navsari district. Recently, the girl was taken to the hospital when she complained about a stomach ache, on examination, it was revealed that the girl is four months pregnant.
The girl who is the daughter of a farm labourer was first allegedly raped by one of her cousins when she was alone at home. The boy reportedly told the other two cousins about the incident, after which they also allegedly raped her and threatened her to stay quiet. All the accused are under 18 years of age, as reported by Indian Express.

A few days ago, the girl was taken to the hospital after she had stomach aches. On examination, the doctors found out that the girl was pregnant. She was moved to another hospital for further treatment on Wednesday night. On Thursday, the police reached the hospital and recorded the statement of the girl and her parents. The accused have been booked under the POCSO Act. The police said, “We have registered an offense of rape against the three boys. They are absconding and will be arrested soon.”
