What Is Cluster Feeding : Evelyn Sharma, popular for her role in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Yaarian, embraced motherhood in November 2021 by giving birth to a baby girl. She and her husband Tushaan Bhindi named her Ava. She keeps sharing posts about motherhood and keeps giving a glimpse of her daughter. She has recently shared a photo where she can be seen breastfeeding her little munchkin Ava.

In the photo, the daughter can be seen lying close to her mommy. She captioned the post as, "When you thought you finally established a routine and then she starts #clusterfeeding!! #smileforthecamera #thingsnoonewarnsyouabout #mummylife". What is cluster feeding?

But you must be wondering what cluster feeding is. For the unlettered, cluster feeding is when a baby starts eating much more frequently — in clusters — for a period of time. Mothers can find it a bit unusual as it  differs from your baby’s usual eating behavior.

Cluster feeding is seen primarily in breastfeeding new-borns in the first few weeks. It is a normal phenomenon signalling growth and development of the child.

A few days ago, she had shared another post on Instagram talking about the overwhelming love she feels for Eva. The caption read, "Your life is going to change completely when your baby arrives” they said And OMG has our life changed since little Ava arrived two months ago! We never thought we could feel this kind of all consuming, overwhelming love that we feel for our child! She took away our sleep, our personal space, created her own daily routines that we must follow, and even when we’re at the end of our physical and mental strength, her little face lights up and we want to keep going. It’s incredible the love you can feel for someone so demanding! She is everything! My sweet girl Our little world (sic).”
