Anita Hassanandani On Breastfeeding: In a newly uploaded video, the actor talked about the importance of breastfeeding and reveals that she wants to feed her son breast milk for as long as she can.
Hassanandani has shared a video on Instagram where she stresses on breastfeeding and its importance in determining a child’s health and development. “I am going to feed Aarav breast milk for as long as I can and for six months, for sure,” the 40-year-old mom said.
In the Instagram video, Hassanandani said that her biggest concern after giving birth is whether she is doing enough for her child. She also reveals how everyone has been giving her the same advice ever since the birth of her baby Aarav. The television actor said that from doctors to paediatricians to new mothers, everyone has told her that breast milk is the most important source of nutrition for the baby as it contains antibodies that will strengthen immunity.
Hassanandani continued to say, “Breast milk is the best feed for your child. Give your baby a healthy start which will go a long way. Now, what can be more fulfilling than that?”
In the caption, Hassanandani wrote about how breastfeeding is the best way to ensure a baby’s health for mothers. “As a mother, the best way to ensure that your baby is absolutely healthy is by breastfeeding them because it helps in their overall growth and also in increasing their immunity.” She also wrote that it’s alright for mothers to be concerned about their baby’s health.
Hassanandani and husband Rohit Reddy welcomed their son, Aarav, in February 2021. Since then, she has shared glimpses of both during her pregnancy and after childbirth through social media. The actor has shared her journey of motherhood and often shares pictures and videos.
