You’ve probably seen actors endorsing alcohol brands and starring in their advertisements, but did you know that many of them actually own their own alcohol brands? From tequila to gin, several celebrities are stepping into the alcohol business, creating their own signature drinks. Interestingly, some Indian celebrities are also jumping on the bandwagon.

1. Beyoncé - SirDavis Whisky

Beyoncé ventured into the whisky industry with SirDavis Whisky. The whisky is named after her great-grandfather, Davis Hogue, a farmer from her home state of Texas. The spirit pays homage to her family’s legacy and southern roots.

2. Kylie Jenner - Sprinter Vodka Soda

Kylie Jenner’s canned vodka soda line, Sprinter, aims to capture the feeling of fun with friends. Available in four flavours—black cherry, peach, grapefruit, and lime—the drinks contain 100 calories with no added sugar.

3. Margot Robbie - Papa Salt Coastal Gin

Margot Robbie, along with her husband Tom Ackerley and three friends, created Papa Salt Coastal Gin after five years of recipe development. The gin combines flavours of Australian botanicals like the wax flower, pink peppercorn, and hibiscus.

4. Snoop Dogg & Dr. Dre - Gin & Juice

Inspired by the iconic song "Gin & Juice," Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre launched their spirits brand offering ready-to-drink cocktails. The brand features fruity flavours like citrus, melon, passionfruit, and apricot.

5. Blake Lively - Betty Booze

Blake Lively extended her Betty Buzz sparkling mixer brand into the alcoholic beverage market with Betty Booze. Available in flavours like sparkling tequila with lime shiso, tequila with oak smoked lemonade, and bourbon with apple ginger sour cherry, Betty Booze is made with real fruit and high-quality ingredients. 

6. Jennifer Lopez - Delola

Jennifer Lopez’s Delola spritzes come in three variations: Bella Berry (vodka-based), Paloma Rosa (tequila-based), and L'orange (amaro-based). The singer created the ready-to-drink cocktails with a focus on healthier ingredients and pleasant, gluten-free flavours.

7. Nick Jonas - Villa One Tequila

Co-founded by Nick Jonas and John Vartamos in 2019, Villa One Tequila is a premium brand made with 100% Blue Weber agave. The tequila is aged for 5-7 years and crafted using natural volcanic spring water, offering a crisp and fresh taste. The brand has been recognised for its quality and is perfect for cocktails.

8. Ryan Reynolds - Aviation American Gin

Ryan Reynolds co-founded Aviation American Gin in 2006 and remains a stakeholder even after the company was sold to Diageo. The gin is a Dutch-style rye-based spirit with refreshing botanicals like juniper, lavender, and cardamom. It has gained popularity for its smooth taste and unique blend of flavours.

9. Sanjay Dutt - The Glenwalk

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt invested in the alcobev startup Cartel & Bros, which launched a premium Scotch whisky called The Glenwalk. The whisky is made from a traditional blend of fine malt and grain and aged in oak casks. It offers a smooth, rich flavor perfect for whisky connoisseurs.

10. Rana Daggubatti & Anirudh Ravichander - Loca Loka Tequila

South actor Rana Daggubatti and music composer Anirudh Ravichander launched Loca Loka tequila, made from 100% agave sourced from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The tequila is aged for over 6 years and offers a perfect balance of sweet and spicy notes. It’s known for its crisp and smooth taste.

11. Kendall Jenner -  818 Tequila

Supermodel Kendall Jenner founded 818 Tequila, made from 100% Blue Weber agave from Jalisco, Mexico. The tequila comes in three variations: Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo. Each variety is aged in oak barrels and has a unique blend of flavours, cooked in traditional brick ovens.

12. Danny Denzongpa - Yuksom Breweries

Veteran actor Danny Denzongpa founded Yuksom Breweries in 1987, which has now become a 100-crore business venture. The brewery produces a wide range of beers, from light lagers to premium strong beers. It is now the third-largest beer brand in India, selling over three million cases annually.

13. George Clooney - Casamigos Tequila

Hollywood actor George Clooney co-founded Casamigos Tequila with friends Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman in 2010. The brand was created after their trip to Jalisco, Mexico, and is known for its small-batch, ultra-premium tequila. Casamigos Blanco is made from 100% Blue Weber agave and offers a crisp, clean taste with citrus and vanilla hints.
