"The craziest thing I've ever done, I smeared my faeces on his face, and now he doesn't want to be near me lol I saw a study about it and decided to try it! It worked for me, myΒ skin stopped flaking!" The translated version of her caption reads.Β

You Should be Ashamed: The Internet reacts

Not surprisingly, the video has grossed out her followers and the audience on the internet. An Instagram user writes, "WTH. There is nothing nutritious in this, this is everythingΒ toxic that is left of the food you indigest."

"This is why aliens don't talk to us." Hilarious roast by a user.

People even advised her to seekΒ therapy as this cannot be classified as normal behaviour. TheΒ
'likes' business blinds the people in it. "You should be ashamed of it, be treated."

"No science behind this," say medical professionals

The video has drawn criticism from doctors who say there is no science behind this so-called "remedy" at all. "Poop mask can do more harm than good. It has bacteria that can cause redness and discomfort," says Dr Sophie Momen, a dermatologist in London.

Plastic surgeon Tunc Tiryaki said, "Feces contain a plethora of bacteria, viruses and parasites, including E. coli, Salmonella and helmints, which can cause serious infections and diseases", He has strongly advised people to use modern skincare products instead.Β
