Second time mom, Sameera Reddy, who recently gave birth to a baby girl, is reminding us again what it is like to be a mother. She has been posting about different facets of motherhood, including breastfeeding, on social media.
In her latest Instagram entry, the 34-year-old actress opened up about her bittersweet experience as a new mom. According to Sameera, even though breastfeeding is a “natural process” it can often be “very stressful” at times. “Happiness galore with no sleep, colic and feeding round the clock!” she wrote.
“I think I forgot how stressful breastfeeding can be!! I mean the pressure is quite real and the whole top feed balance after a C-sec is hectic! I finally am exclusively feeding her but the whole process is something that should be natural but it’s made to be very stressful,” she further added.
“I think it's cool if a mom wants to move totally to formula or only BF or balance both. There is no shame and no one can define what's the perfect way. We're doing the best we can!"

Sameera welcomed her second child earlier this month. Introducing her daughter to fans by posting an adorable photograph, she wrote an extensive note, saying, “This little girl gave me the strength of wild horses. She wanted me to find myself again. She knew I was lost and she showed me the way. I found a voice in celebrating motherhood.”
Sameera, who married Akshai Varde in 2014, is also a mother to a son named Hans Varde. On Sunday, she posted: “Love at first sight. He is so fascinated with her. It's too sweet,” Sameera wrote.
Earlier the actress from the film Race had shared her struggle with postpartum depression. Sameera had revealed that she was “a mess” after the birth of her son Hans in 2015, reports news agency IANS. Before giving birth to her second child, she has now opened up about postpartum depression, alopecia and more.

Sameera had shared that her first pregnancy left her feeling vulnerable since she weighed close to 102 kilos after the birth of her son.
