Pooja's views on Keto Diet
Pooja reveals that Keto diet is 80 percent fat with very little carbs and good protein, and doesn't promote a balanced diet. She doesn't believe in any diets that are not balanced, however she also adds that fat isn't bad. She elaborates," I am not saying fat is bad, fat is good, but can excess of fat helps you lose weight? Perhaps ketosis might do that but that is not the best way to give the body the fuel it needs." Pooja says that though consuming creamy and cheesy food is tempting, she is not convinced that keto diets are sustainable in the long run.

A supplement should remain a supplement to your diet, not a replacement
Pooja agrees that we should indeed take supplements depending upon our needs. She says, "As hard as we try to get the nutrition from our plates, sadly the soil is not left with any. Vitamin and minerals are macronutrients, you require them in small quantities. Supplements should always be taken after consultation with a doctor or a nutritionist. I wouldn’t suggest that you take a crash diet and take all the supplements. But, a supplement should remain a supplement to your diet, not a replacement."

Can Any Form of Nutrition Counter the Effects of Smoking?
Pooja advocates that people should quit smoking. "I think one common reason why everyone should quit smoking is that you don’t want to age." She adds, "Smoking is more of a mental habit. We like the action of hand to mouth. While you are doing hand to mouth, you could eat some nutritious food. Maybe carrot sticks or cucumber sticks could do the trick. Instead of getting a stick that is killing you, get a stick that nurtures you."

The responsibility towards our body
Pooja further adds that we should take care of our bodies as it is impossible to exchange a body part in this life. Also, she emphasizes that taking care of our bodies is our responsibility. "The air quality is not going to get better and in any case, we are not getting clean air. Hence don’t intoxicate it further," says she.
