Celebrities across the world like many other people are infected with the COVID-19 virus. They have taken to social media to share their disclosures and updates. All across the world, high profile people have tested positive for Coronavirus. Given how manny people they meet, just how many fans reach out during private and public events, there is no surprise that celebrities are also a long list. So here’s a roster of the personalities who have tested positive as on 22nd March.
Prince Charles
71-year-old Prince Charles, first in line to the British throne and the eldest son of Queen Elizabeth II, tested positive for coronavirus on 25 March. While Charles is only showing mild symptoms of COVID-19, he is self-isolating at Balmoral Castle in Scotland. Charles' 72-years-old wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, has also been tested for coronavirus, but her results are negative.
Floyd Cardoz
Indian-origin chef Floyd Cardoz died of COVID 19 in New Jersey at the age of 59. The founder and director of Bombay Canteen and OPedro in Mumbai, had tested positive for coronavirus on 18 March, after which he had admitted himself into a hospital in the neighbourhood. He is survived by his mother Beryl, wife Barkha and sons Justin and Peter.
Debi Mazar
She is best known for her role in the TV series Civil Wars and in Young ad Power has tested positive for coronavirus. She said in post on social media that she was out and about to stock up for her family but is now living under quarantine with her family.
"A friend told me that CityMD/Urgent Care in my neighborhood had test kits, which appealed to me as I wanted to stay away from the hospital. I went on 3/17 (March 17). First, I was tested for the flu - which was negative. Then they tested me for Covid-19. I was sent home and told to quarantine myself until I had results, which would take 3-7 days (in South Korea, it takes two hours). Well...today is day 5 and I just found out. I'm hoping I've been through the worst of it already. It's very 'morphy.' One day I feel crappy and the next I'm normal. Today, my lungs are heavy but I'm tough."
Sophie Grégoire Trudeau
Sophie Grégoire Trudeau is currently in quarantine after being tested positive for Coronavirus. She is the wife of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Sophie developed symptoms after she gave a speech at a huge event at Wembley Stadium, London. Her symptoms which were fever and mild flu developed back in Canada. Since then Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has been in self- isolation but will conduct business and meeting through digital channels.
Nadine Dorris
Health Minister of UK Nadine Dorris has also confirmed acquiring COVID-19 infection. She is the first MP to be suffering from coronavirus. Nadine is currently in isolation but this has sparked concerns as she was present for a reception at Downing Street on international women’s day. There were other important guests also present at the same reception. She confirmed her infection in a statement released by the department and added that she has been taking all the advised precautions.

Peter Dutton
Peter Dutton who is an Australian politician and right now serving as Minister of Home Affairs has been diagnosed with Coronavirus. The minister did not feel well on 13th March and now will be in isolation for 14 days. He recently tweeted that he is feeling much better now and thanked everyone for their wishes.
Masoumeh Ebtekar
Iran’s Vice-President Masoumeh Ebtekar has been detected with Coronavirus, the Health Ministry has announced. The cases of coronavirus have been increasing at a fast pace in Iran.
Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson
Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson have contracted the Coronavirus. They were in Australia shooting a film on Elvis Presley.
"We felt a bit tired, like we had colds, and some body aches. Rita had some chills that came and went. Slight fevers too. To play things right, as is needed in the world right now, we were tested for the coronavirus, and were found to be positive," Tom said to fans on Instagram.
"We Hanks’ will be tested, observed, and isolated for as long as public health and safety requires. Not much more to it than a one-day-at-a-time approach, no?"
Andy Cohen
Televsion Andy Cohen disclosed the virus to his followers on March 20. He said due to this diagnosis, he would be putting Watch What Happens Live on hold until he had recovered.

Idris Elba
A few days back, the English actor Idris Elba revealed through a tweet that he has been tested positive for Coronavirus. He also encouraged people to stay at home and advised on practising social distancing.

Rachel Matthews
American actress Rachel Matthews has tested positive for COVID-19. She has self quarantined herself and says there is nothing else to do other than rest, drink lots of water and take vitamins. On her Instagram, she responded to her fan’s questions and asked them to not be scared.
NBA star Kevin Durant is among the four basketball players from Brooklyn Nets who have tested positive for the coronavirus. Reports say it is not very clear whether Durant is showing symptoms for the novel coronavirus.
Indira Varma
Game of Thrones actor Indira Varma, who played the role of Ellaria Sand in the series also has been tested with COVID-19. She broke this news on her Instagram handle. The 46-year-old is in bed and says it’s not nice. She urged people to stay healthy and to be kind to each other. Read the full story here
Kristofer Hivju
Indira is not the only one form the cast of Game of Thrones to be diagnosed with Coronavirus along with her Kristofer Hivju is also on the list. He played the role of Tormund Giantsbane in the series. He said to have mild symptoms of a cold and is isolating himself and also asked people to be extremely careful.
Colton Underwood
He has officially tested positive for COVID-19. Colton shared the news on Twitter on March 20 with an important message: young, healthy people need to take this seriously too.
"I want to let you guys know, I'm 28, I consider myself pretty healthy, I work out regularly, I eat healthy, and I became symptomatic a few days ago. I got my test results back today and they are positive. And it's been kicking my a**," he said.
Kanika Kapoor
Bollywood Singer Kanika Kapoor tested positive for COVID 19, thus becoming the first in the Indian film industry to have been infected with the global pandemic. She was detected positive for coronavirus with three others in Uttar Pradesh, taking the number of COVID-19 patients in the state to nine. Read the full report here.
