Green leafy vegetables
She thinks that green leafy vegetables can be a perfect base for smoothies. They are rich in vitamin C, zinc, iron, and phosphorus which can be helpful in reducing the risk of chronic illness. Pooja Bedi spoke in an interview with Cosmopolitan described the benefits of green leafy vegetables. She suggests adding antioxidant-rich matcha powder to the smoothie for an extra boost. Matcha is a natural pain reliever that can also help in reducing your period cramps.

Green vegetables that include palak (spinach) and sarson (mustard greens) are good to boost immunity level.Spinach is rich in iron, calcium, many vitamins, fibre, and magnesium. It is good for the blood, brain, and skin. Aside of those Lai ka saag or Collard greens are all excellent to boost immunity. It can also be taken with other vegetables.

Pooja Bedi thinks that eating seasonal fruits can help to reduce blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, and a range of varied health concerns. Eating salads regularly is a great way to increase your vegetable and fruit intake. The antioxidants present in the salad can also help to boost your immune system.
Chia Seeds
Dry chia seeds are among a favourite of most nutritionists and celebrity dieticians. They may be added on top of a salad. Chia seeds are a good source of minerals. There are various health benefits since they are a concentrated source of healthy Omega-3 fatty acids, carbohydrates, protein, fibre, and antioxidants.

According to Pooja, avocado toast can be a good healthy morning snack. She suggests to mash some avocado with olive oil, chilli flakes, and lime juice and then spread it over a slice of whole multigrain bread.
