Kareena eats right
Meals are customised according to her diet plan. She wakes up and kickstarts her day at 9 am with some soaked almonds or a banana. She indulges herself in a workout session and divides the parts into yoga, strength training or a run on the treadmill. After her rigorous daily workout schedule, she enjoys her meal at noon that consists of "dahi with rice and papad or roti, paneer sabzi and dal." Being a healthy woman isn’t about skipping meals so she eats around 2 pm again, which is basically a mid-meal snack. Choices can be from a "full bowl of papaya, a handful of peanuts, a piece of cheese or even some makhana." She gets all the nutrients from her 5 or 6 pm meal which is basically a fruit-based snack. Her favourites? A bowl of litchi or a mango milkshake. Some chivda could also be the alternative.

Diwekar also mentioned that in dinner Kareena likes the options of calorie-controlled "vegetable pulao, palak roti with raita" at sharp 8 pm. On alternate days, she could also go for dal rice with sabzi. She prefers haldi doodh with some nutmeg right before bedtime. The health freak also doesn’t avoid adding fresh fruit, curd with raisins or cashews in meals. Some drinks including Nimbu Paani, nariyal pani or chaas with black salt and hing are also on her diet list.

Kareena's workout regime
When it comes to fitness, Kareena doesn't skip a session. Diwekar explained that Kareena maintains a regime balancing the correct amount of cardio, strength and flexibility. Everyday exercise regimes help control the appetite, so there should be a significant diet plan to match up to it. Kareena's sustainable diet cleanse is incorporated with an intense workout regime.
