Rice
People often think that rice is the one thing to avoid to lose weight. But Kareena Kapoor recommends eating home-cooked rice. Kareena thinks that people should include rice in their diet. She even said that she cannot do without rice in her diet!
She loves to eat khichdi and said that khichdi is her comfort food. Rice is easy to digest. She also insisted on having dahi chawal (curd and rice). She usually likes to have vegetable pulao (vegetable rice) with raita (packing in good bacteria, calcium, vitamins, and nourishing nutrients).
Ghee
Kareena in an interview that she eats ghee and it keeps her body, mind, and soul happy. She adds it in her dal, paratha, and in every meal possible. Ghee is loaded with Vitamin A and Vitamin D which is mainly made from cow’s milk.
Raw mango
Kareena loves raw mango which is also known as kacchi kairi in West India. Mango contains a high level of Vitamin A. It can be helpful for your immune system as well.
Curd

Kareena likes to have gajar ka halwa (carrot cake).
