3. Shake the pot with closed lid after every 2 seconds. Switch off the flame once all the kernels have popped.
4. In a bowl, add popcorn and 1/4 cup melted butter and toss.
5. Then add 4-5 tbsp Parmesan, 2 tbsp lime juice and 4 and a 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning and mix well. Tada! Its done.

Marshmellow-Peanut Popcorn : Best For A Camp-Out

1. In a heated pot, add 82 gm of kernels and pop them with closed lid for about 2-3 minutes.
2. Once all the kernels have popped, take them out in a bowl.
3. Add 1 cup peanuts, 2 cup mini marshmallows and 1 cup pretzels (optional) to the bowl and mix well.
4. In a saucepan, boil 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup light corn syrup and 2/3 cup sugar for 2 minutes.
5. Pour this syrup on the popcorn and toss to coat well.
6. Immediately spread out a wax paper and pour the popcorn on it. Spread and let them sit until they are set.
7. Break into pieces and serve.

Striped Chocolate Popcorn : Your Easy-Peasy Comfort Food

1. Air pop 68 gm kernels and transfer the popcorn to a bowl.
2. Add 2 cup pretzel, 1/4 cup melted butter and 1 cup pecans and toss well.
3. Microwave to melt 113 gm white candy coating for a minute at 70% power. Take out and stir.
4. Repeat the melting but this time at 10 to 20 seconds interval until the candy becomes smooth.
5. Pour the melted candy on popcorn and mix well.
6. Spread out the popcorn on baking sheets lined with foil.
7. Microwave 56 gm of milk chocolate candy coating, stir constantly until smooth. Pour it over the popcorn and let it set.

Tex-Mex Popcorn : Fiery, Spicy And Savoury

1. In a pan, heat 3 tbsp oil. Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and sizzle.
2. Add 82 gm of kernels and cook with closed lid. Switch off the flame when the kernels have popped perfectly.
3. Transfer the popcorn to a bowl. Spray butter on it with refrigerated butter-flavoured spray. You can simply add some melted butter and toss the popcorn if you don't have a butter spray.
4. Add 1 tsp chilli, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 cup minced cilantro and 1/8 tsp smoked paprika and mix well. Enjoy.
