- In a pressure cooker, boil 4-5 baby corn, 1/2 cup peas, 1 potato and 1 carrot. You can steam them in a steamer as well. Chop the boiled/steamed vegetables and keep aside.
- In a pan, add 4 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt. When the water comes to a boil, add 1 cup of pasta of your choice.
- Cook the pasta al dente and drain the water. Keep it aside.
- Add 2-3 tbsp butter to a heated pan and saute 2-3 chopped garlic cloves and 1 chopped onion. Then add 1.5 cups sliced mushrooms and saute.
- Now add 1 chopped capsicum and some salt to taste. Saute the vegetables until capsicum becomes soft.
- Now add the bechamel sauce you prepared to the vegetables. Add sauce as per you want your sauce, add water to bring proper consistency.
- Simmer the sauce with vegetables for 2-3 minutes. Then add the cooked pasta and mix well.
- After a minute, switch off the flame and garnish with basil and parsley. Serve hot.
