What You Need ?
- 1/4 cup sugar (Pro Tip : If you want a low calorie hot chocolate, replace sugar with other sweetener like honey)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 4 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
- 56 grams chopped dark chocolate
- 2 cinnamon sticks (split lengthwise)
How To Cook ?
- Add milk and cinnamon sticks in a pan and bring it to a boil.
- Then simmer the milk for the next 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and take out the cinnamon sticks from milk.
- Now add cocoa powder, sugar (honey), salt and dark chocolate and whisk well.
- Whisk it until the drink becomes smooth and frothy.
- You can also add it to a blender and process to make a froth.
- Pour in mugs and enjoy.
