- Cook your pasta al dente and drain it.
- In a bowl add pasta, chopped tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper and shredded or minced basil.
- Mix these well and we are done. So easy and tasty. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil. Some even squeeze a little balsamic reduction.
Italian Marinara Sauce Pasta

Spaghetti With Garlic And Olive Oil
All you need for this quick pasta recipe is spaghetti, olive oil, garlic, salt and chilli flakes, all of which is easily available in your kitchen.
- Cook spaghetti al dente, meanwhile stir fry chilli flakes and finely chopped garlic in olive oil along with salt and pepper.
- Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to your stir fry.
- You can also add parley, if you want, at this point of cooking.
- Add water to moist cook the pasta, stir well.
- Top it with parmesan cheese if you are a cheese lover. If not, skip it.
- Done. That's your simple, easy to cook pasta.
While cooking these recipes, make sure you cook the past moist enough. Also keep aside some pasta cooking water while draining pasta. You should also add salt when you cook your pasta and add a little bit in the sauce and stir fry as well. Taste the seasonings to see if everything is in right amount.
