Zindagi Inshort, a seven-part anthology series backed by producer Guneet Monga will soon be streaming on Netflix. The collection of short films is helmed by upcoming filmmakers which include, Tahira Kashyap Khurrana, Punarvasu Naik, Vijayeta Kumar, Rakesh Sain, Gautam Govind Sharma, Smrutika Panigrahi and Vinay Chhawal.
Monga took to Twitter to make the announcement. “A collection of 7 extraordinary stories with ordinary lives — Zindagi inShort, turns one today and we're super excited to announce that it will be streaming on Netflix from Feb 22, save the date!” she wrote.

The series which was originally premiered on the Flipkart app in February 2020, was a collaboration project of Monga's Sikhya Entertainment and Flipkart Video.
Here ten things to know about Zindagi inShort:
-The seven slice-of-life short films touch upon various themes such as marriage, infidelity, adolescence, a woman’s role in a family and online romance. The collection of stories represent different stages of life through bittersweet moments.
-The unique collection of films revolves around the lives of seven women who are at different stages in their journey of life.
-Among the seven short films, two of them have been shot on an iPhone.
-The series has an ensemble cast of Neena Gupta, Deepak Dobriyal, Swaroop Sampat, Divya Dutta, Sanjay Kapoor, Rima Kallingal, Manjot Singh, and Shishir Sharma among others.
- Malayalam actor Rima Kallingal made her web debut with this series. She featured in the short film titled Sunny Side Upar.
-The first film, Chhaju Ke Dahi Bhalle, in the series, deals with online dating.
-In a statement, producer Guneet Monga mentioned, "Zindagi inshort is an try to normalize the extraordinary conditions in our lives. Our thought is to take a look at these conditions from a distinct perspective. We are blissful that we’re in a position to give such movies that make the viewers assume and assist in altering the pondering.”
