Zayn Malik sisters: Waliyha Malik and Safaa Malik took to social media in support of brother Zayn after the controversy that he allegedly hit partner and supermodel Gigi Hadid's mother, Yolanda Hadid broke the internet. The sisters posted on social media about marriage, karma and respecting women, referring to the ongoing controversy.
The celebrity couple Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid have been in news over their break up. Gigi Hadid has so far declined answering questions on it and asking the media to respect her privacy. Recently, her mother Yolanda Hadid, who is an actor and part of the celebrity reality show, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, came out in public and alleged assault by Zayn Malik, when she visited the couple's apartment.
This controversy led to Zayn Malik posting a long emotional message on Instagram denouncing the allegations by Yolanda Hadid and pleading her not to make private matters public. The former couple, Malik and Gigi Hadid, also have a one-year-old daughter together. According to their statements, both of them are currently trying to take steps keeping in mind their daughter's best interest.
The Malik sisters took to Instagram stories to support their brother in the Malik-Yolanda Hadid controversy. "The storm will pass. No matter how far you may seem from happiness and peace it will always come in the end, better days are closer than you think," read Waliyha Malik's post.
In another post, Waliyha Malik said, "When you decide to marry someone, please do it for the right reasons. Compatibility is a lot more important than chemistry. Getting on with someone, laughing with someone and having similar interests is not going to lead to a successful marriage. If you have goals ad ambitions, does your potential have them too? Are you on the same wavelength? Do they have the same mindset, values and morals as you? Do they take care of their family? Are they kind-hearted?"
Waliyha also added that these are the important questions to ask and "moving someone is not enough" because it may fade once the realization hits. She also shared an excerpt from Zayn Malik's memoir, Zayn: The Official Autobiography. The excerpt stated that Zayn had been brought up to respect women and how in his experience women are "the most intelligent, peaceful and positive influences" in his life.
Safaa Malik posted about the family which reads, "All we need (emojis). FAMILY, we may not have it all together, but together we have it all. @zazyn you an so loved by us all."
Zayn Malik was accused of shoving Yolanda Hadid against the dresser, he refused to plead guilty. The judge sentenced him to 90 days probation.
