Yami Gautam Lost: Directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, Yami Gautam's next film Lost will see her take on the role of a journalist as a thrilling investigative drama unfolds around her in Kolkata. The film will reportedly revolve around themes of media integrity and reporting.

Talking about the film, director Chowdhury said that "at its core the film explores themes like commitment, responsibility, holding hands and making our world beautiful and compassionate... Lost is an emotional thriller that represents a higher quest, a search for lost values of empathy and integrity."
Yami Gautam Lost And Other Projects: What's On The Platter For Her
Aside from Lost, Gautam has a number of films in the pipeline. She is currently shooting for thriller A Thursday directed by Behzad Khambata, in which she plays a mastermind teacher who takes her students hostage. The actor also recently revealed her first look for the film Bhoot Police, which also stars Saif Ali Khan and Arjun Kapoor.
Gautam, who made her debut in the Hindi film industry with Vicky Donor in 2012, was earlier this month issued a summons by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for a case related to alleged money laundering. Read about it here. She was reportedly summoned last year too but did not visit the ED office owing to COVID-19 restrictions.
Last month, Gautam in an intimate ceremony surrounded by close family tied the knot with Uri director Aditya Dhar.
