According to KBS, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul has taken the woman into custody and is conducting an investigation. She has been identified as 'Mr. A 'and is facing charges related to stalking. KBS reported that the woman had been waiting outside Kim Tae-hyung's residence, stalking him for an extended period. On October 26 at 6:00 PM KST, she followed him into the elevator, attempted to hand over a marriage certificate, and pressured him into marriage, trapping him in his own residence's elevator. She quickly fled the scene when caught in the act.

It has come to light that she had previously faced charges for stalking Kim Tae-hyung, raising questions about security measures. The security guard at V's residence reported the woman's actions to the police, leading to her identification through the marriage certificates she had handed over to Kim Tae-hyung.

In response to the incident, Kim Tae-hyung reassured fans on Weverse that there was no need to worry. Fans were deeply upset by the news, expressing their anger at the unwelcome and obsessive attention that Tae-hyung has been receiving despite his continuous love and support for his fans.

Meanwhile, reports indicate that the police have taken emergency measures to protect Kim Tae-hyung while investigating Mr A's actions. They plan to impose a restraining order, preventing her from approaching within 100 metres of V and from making any harassing or contact attempts via phone calls or messages.
