Actor Úrsula Corberó, who plays Tokyo in the series, started as an amateur thief who was later recruited to enact armed robberies, and now in its fifth and final season, the star is leading the gang to another heist. Tokyo is one of the female leads who has been a part of the hit series since the beginning. She is not only firing guns and grenades for the camera but leaving fans asking for more on social media.

First aired in 2017, Money Heist (La Casa de Papel/The House of Paper) season 5 is releasing in two parts, volume one will release on September 3, 2021, whereas volume two will be released on December 3, 2021.

Who is Úrsula Corberó?

Úrsula Corberó Delgado was born in Saint Pele De Vilamajor, Barcelona. Her father was a carpenter. She doesn't come from a family of actors but her mother supported her dreams to get into showbiz.

Corberó is used to doing physically demanding stunts. The Spanish actor featured in the recently-released G.I. Joe movie, Snake Eyes. It marks Corberó’s first Hollywood production. At 13, Corberó started her career in the 2002 Spanish TV Show Mirall Trencat. And then she starred in the Spanish television series Ventdelpla, Fisica o Quimica which became her breakthrough role. Corberó was primarily a comedic actor and therefore was surprised when she was offered the role of Tokyo in Money Heist. In an interview, Corberó revealed she is open to doing a Bollywood film and play a Hindi character if she is offered.

Corberó had last year announced her return to the sets of La Casa De Papel aka Money Heist with a selfie.
