Who is Tristan Thompson: Socialite and media personality Khloe Kardashian is reportedly "moving on" from the drama involving her former partner, prominent basketball player Tristan Thompson. The couple has a three-year-old daughter together, True, who they are focused on co-parenting.

This comes in the wake of reports of Thompson's alleged infidelity, with accusations against him of fathering a child with his personal trainer Maralee Nichols while in a relationship with Kardashian. The baby boy was conceived in March and born last week. Nichols has sued Thompson for child support and pregnancy medical costs, as per reports.

PEOPLE, with access to court documents, said they were filed during the summer this year when Thompson and Kardashian were broken up. Quoting sources, the magazine reports Kardashian is aware of the baby and that "things are okay" between her and Thompson.

Thompson has, meanwhile, filed an emergency petition at a court in Texas, seeking a gag order on the paternity case that involves him and Nichols, as per reports. He claimed that even as their case progresses in court, Nichols has been openly talking about it in public, levelling allegations about him and his family.

Thompson is a Canadian professional basketballer who presently plays for the National Basketball Association's Sacramento Kings team. He has previously been associated with the Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers. With his former girlfriend Jordan Craig, Thompson has one child born in 2016 and as per reports had been in a soup over child support costs then too.

According to OK! Magazine, a court ordered Thompson to pay $40,000 a month and $200,000 more in backend charges to Craig after she raised a legal complaint that their son deserved to have a good life.

Since 2016, Thompson has been in an on-off relationship with Kardashian, welcoming True with her in 2018.
