Han Young is a South Korean singer and actor who is all set to marry a musician and former soldier Park Goon. Last month, the couple confirmed the dating rumours that were going about them and now the news of their wedding is out.

For all the K-Drama fans out there, your favourite K-Drama couple is going to get married in real life soon. Actor-singer Han Young and musician Park Goon are going to tie the knot this April. The couple met on the sets of a K-Drama and dated for a while before announcing their wedding.

This will be the second South Korean celebrity wedding of 2022, the first being the wedding of popular K-Drama actors Park Shin Hye and Choi Tae Joon in January. The couple announced their wedding through their Instagram where both of them shared hand-written letters to their fans. Who Is Han Young?

Han Ji Young, popularly known as Han Young, is a singer, actor, MC and former K-Pop idol. She was a part of the girl-group Lovely Pretty Girls (LPG), a group known for trot singing that was formed by Chan2 Productions in 2005 and disbanded in 2016. Born on December 16, 1978, she was the leader as well as the vocalist of the group. She was a first generation member of the group who left in 2008 to pursue her solo career as well as try her luck in acting.

The singer's first drama came in 2008, the same year when she left LPG, and was titled Elephant. She went on to feature in many K-Dramas including All My Love For You (2010-11), Mom Is Acting Up (2012), Super Daddy Yul (2015), My Son-In-Law's Woman (2016) and Happy Sisters (2017-18). She had earlier dated baseball player Lee Dae Hyung in October 2013 and announced it in July, 2014. She had also once revealed that she dated an idol sometime after her debut. She met Park Goon on the sets of Light Up Your Daily Life.

Han Ji Young and Park Goon had thought of a surprise announcement of their wedding on the show My Little Old Boy but when the rumours about them dating came out, they confirmed and announced their wedding along with it.
