Who is Donal Bisht: Television actor and model Donal Bisht is all set to enter the Bigg Boss house for the reality show's upcoming 15th season. Best known for her role in daily soap Ek Deewaana Tha between 2017 and 2018, Bisht has a wide social media fanbase with over a million followers. She is 27.

Bisht joins colleagues from the entertainment industry Umar Riaz, Shamita Shetty, Nishant Bhat and Pratik Sehajpal as a contestant on Bigg Boss. Many of them are rollovers from Bigg Boss OTT, which was the show's first season to exclusively be streamed online and not on television. Actor Divya Agarwal was the winner on OTT.

In only under a decade since she began her tryst with the small screen, Bisht has made a name for herself with many television credits to her name. She first appeared in DD National's long-running music program Chitrahaar as an anchor in 2014. A year later, she got her big break on serial Kalash - Ek Vishwaas, wherein she played the role of Sakshi for two years.
She was the lead in show Roop — Mard Ka Naya Swaroop, a show challenging toxic masculinity and stereotypes. It ran for a year between 2018 and 2019.

Last month, she was one of many Indian telly stars to win the International Icon Award, which recognises work and artists from the small screen. "...my goal has always been- to use my social media presence to bring a greater change into people's lives," she said receiving the award that titled her 'Trendsetter'.
Bisht says she has "many mixed feelings" about her stint on Bigg Boss. "Until now, I’ve only heard stories about the much-talked-about Bigg Boss house and people’s experiences while being locked in it. But here I stand, about to experience it!" Bisht wrote on Instagram.
