Where to Watch The Kerala Story: Filmmaker Vipul Amrutlal Shah and writer and director Sudipto Sen have come together for a film titled The Kerala Story. It is about the horrifying tale of women trafficking in god’s own country, Kerala.
Mangalore and Kerala have been the breeding ground for such activities and this film aims to bring the spotlight and reveal the gut-wrenching realities of the world we live in. Revealing more about the film Vipul Shah stated -This story is a human tragedy, one that will shake you to the core. When Sudipto came and narrated it to me along with his research of over 3-4 years, I was in tears in the first meeting itself. That was the very day I decided to make this film. I am glad that we are now progressing with the film and we hope to make a very real, unbiased, and true narrative of events."
Writer and Director Sudipto Sen also stated that the motive of The Kerala Story, is trying to hear the cry of all the mothers who have lost their daughters and showcase the dark dreadful future that awaited all the girls. The announcement ">teaser begins with a clip of former CM of Kerala V.S Achuthanandan addressing the issue, revealing that this is a covert operation to transform Kerala into an Islamic state and more.
This movie will narrate the story of more than 30,000 girls that have gone missing as per research in 2009, all belonging to the Hindu and Christian community, converted to Islam and trafficked to Syria, Afghanistan, and other ISIS and Haqqani influential areas.
