The comedy series titled Servant of the People can be streamed again after 2019. The political satire series stars Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the public demand for the series started against after Russia invaded Ukraine and Zelenskyy made several public statements asking Russia to back off.
In the three-season long comedy series, Zelenskyy plays the role of a school teacher who becomes the President of Ukraine after a video of him complaining about corruption goes viral. Reportedly, the series helped launch the political career of Volodymyr Zelenskyy in 2019 when he was elected the President of Ukraine with a landslide victory.
Zelenskyy has recently made many fans with his strong statements against Russia and asking his countrymen to fight for Ukraine's freedom. Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24 and was heavily condemned by many nations. Zelenskyy recently addressed the United States of America Congress in a virtual conference and called on the US to extend more help to Ukraine during its "darkest time". In a media report, Volodymyr Zelenskyy was quoted saying, "In the darkest time for our country, for the whole Europe, I call on you to do more. New packages of sanctions are needed, constantly, every week until the Russian military machine stops. Restrictions are needed for everyone on whom this unjust regime is based."

The Ukrainian President received a standing ovation from the lawmakers of US at the beginning of his address and at the conclusion of it.

Netflix recently announced on Twitter that it will bring back the political satire series starring the Ukrainian President. In a Tweet, Netflix wrote, "You asked and it’s back! Servant of the People is once again available on Netflix in The US. The 2015 satirical comedy series stars Volodymyr Zelenskyy playing a teacher who unexpectedly becomes President after a video of him complaining about corruption suddenly goes viral (sic)." Those who were already moved by the bravery shown by Zelenskyy were pleased to see him acting on screen.
