The final episodes of the series will air on Independence Day weekend on ZEE5.
The trailer of Dhoop Ki Deewar was released on June 15. The show reportedly tells the story of Vishal (played by Ahad Raza Mir) from India and Sara (played by Sajal Aly) from Pakistan, whose paths cross after losing their fathers, in wars between India and Pakistan. They find comfort in each other’s companionship.

Where to watch Dhoop Ki Deewar
Dhoop Ki Deewar will stream exclusively on ZEE5 in India. Earlier talking about the series, director Haseeb Hasan had said the show is a reflection of positivity “beyond borders, religion and societal biases”. “The sole essence of the show lies in the simplicity of its narrative", he stated. In the show, a subject such as a cross border love story has been dealt differently and has an underlying message of peace, harmony and joy of life, the director said in a statement.
Novelist Umera Ahmed said that the show was approved by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the media and public relations wing of the Pakistani army. Ahmed confirmed that the script is her own creation and it is the basic right of a writer to initiate debate on any important matter in their work, she wrote in a statement shared on Facebook.
