Halo based on the worldwide video game sensation is set to follow an alternate universe that originated in 2001, after an epic 26th-century conflict called the Covenant, between humanity and aliens. It's all up to Master Chief and the Spartans to save all of humanity from this conflict. This show will be sci-fi with an amalgamation of adventure and a vision of the future.

Halo is available to watch on Paramount plus and has premiered on Thursday March 24, 2022 at around 12 AM Pacific Time or 3 AM Eastern Time. It is available for free streaming on Paramount+ for its US Canada and Australian fans. Indian audiences can stream the show on Voot Select, available in various languages such as English, Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil.
Paramount Plus, previously known as CBS All Access, premiered the show on its streaming platform, on Thursday, March 24, in the early hours. Paramount Plus also includes fresh content from networks such MTV, Nickelodeon, BET, Comedy Central, Smithsonian, and Paramount Network, plus access to CBS channels live as they air on TV. With subscription options of, $5 per month and a premium “no commercials” option for $10 per month and with an additional free trial for its new subscribers, Paramount was all set to bring Halo to your screens.
Master Chief is be portrayed by Pablo Schreiber, known for his characters, Nick Sobotka in The Wire and George 'Pornstache' Mendez in Orange Is the New Black. Dr. Halsey is be played by Natascha McElhone. Halo will be a nine-part series and will include elements from the game – including Thunderhawk and High Charity. Additionally, Al Cortana will be continued to be played by Jen Taylor. Indian actor Shabana Azmi will also be seen in Halo as Admiral Parangosky.
Halo ventures into a small screen with a live-action with reportedly a whopping budget of $10 million per episode. This Steven Spielberg franchise showcases spectacular visuals and comes as good news to Halo fanatics. Halo episodes are out and will be aired weekly from March 24, every Thursday on Paramount Plus.
This adaptation of the video game into a live-action tv series marks a new beginning for the Halo franchise. However, this series holds its own, aside from the base storyline.
