Vivek Bindra, a well-known motivational speaker and social media personality, faces allegations of domestic violence against his wife, Yanika, as confirmed by the police in Noida's Sector 126. The complaint was filed by Vaibhav Kwatra, Yanika's brother, stating that the incident occurred at the Supernova West Residency in Noida's Sector 94, where the couple lives.
Eight days after Vivek Bindra's marriage to Yanika on December 6, a case was filed against him at Noida's Sector 126 police station, alleging assault on his wife, reported India Today.

During the early hours of December 7, an argument between Bindra and his mother, Prabha, escalated into a distressing event. Yanika intervened, aiming to ease the situation, but was reportedly subjected to physical assault by Bindra.
Bindra, the CEO of Bada Business Pvt Ltd and a prominent motivational speaker, faced charges under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including 323, 504, 427, and 325. As per the FIR, Bindra supposedly dragged Yanika into a room, physically attacked her, and damaged her phone. The complaint also alleges that Yanika suffered injuries impacting her ability to hear due to the assault. Allegedly, the Noida Police is looking into the case and has promised to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the accusation.
Yanika's brother, Vaibhav Kwatra, filed the complaint, accusing Bindra of confining his sister, using verbal abuse, and inflicting severe physical harm, causing injuries across her body. A video circulating on social media purportedly shows Yanika displaying injury marks to medical professionals. Kwatra also mentioned that Yanika, presently receiving medical care at Delhi's Kailash Deepak Hospital, is facing hearing issues due to the ear assault. According to the report, the Noida Police is investigating the incident and has pledged a thorough inquiry into the matter.
Meanwhile, Bindra faces social media backlash following allegations of a scam after a video by another renowned motivational speaker and YouTuber, Sandeep Maheshwari, went viral. Maheshwari unveiled the alleged scam through student testimonials, attributing misleading practices to Bindra's organisation. Bindra has denied these accusations.
Maheshwari claimed pressure to remove the video, but instead, it gained traction, gathering support from viewers who urged him to retain it.
