When Is Virgin River Season 4 Premiere?

The countdown for the Virgin River Season 4 premiere date has begun, as the series is all set to come back to our screens soon. Streaming on the OTT platform Netflix, Virgin River has managed to garner fans from all around the world, waiting impatiently for the release of upcoming seasons.

Based on the Virgin River series of books by Robyn Carr, this series on Netflix, follows the life of a nurse, Melinda, trying to get a hold of her life, starting fresh in a quaint town in Northern California, living behind her life in Los Angeles. Virgin River, first dropped in December 2019 and has consecutively released season 2 and season 3 in November 2020 and July 2021 respectively. Throughout the seasons, the audience has been introduced to new characters through Melinda and the drama is through the roof.

Virgin River Season 4 Premiere Date: What To Expect?

Revealing more about the season's plot, Netflix revealed- “For years she yearned to be a mother and her dream is one step closer to reality, While Jack is supportive and excited, the question of paternity continues to gnaw at him.” Brie (Zibby Allen), Mike (Marco Grazzini), Preacher (Colin Lawrence), Doc (Tim Matheson), Hope (Annette O’Toole), Calvin (David Cubitt), Christopher (Chase Petriw), Paige (Lexa Doig), Lizzie (Sarah Dugdale), Ricky (Grayson Maxwell Gurnsey) and Dan (Ben Hollingsworth), along with the main cast of Mel (Alexandra Breckenridge) are expected to make a comeback from the third season, in the upcoming Season 4.

Virgin River season 4 will see two new characters as announced by Netflix in late October 2021, Mark Ghanimé, as Dr. Cameron Hayek, and Kai Bradbury as Denny Cutler, Doc’s long-lost grandson.

Alexandra Breckenridge (Mel) had previously stated that there was a sense of connection and intimacy that the characters had on the show which people crave in their own relationships. During the pandemic, we are not experiencing that as much, and so that connection became something people were longing for.  In the upcoming season, owing to the cliffhangers of Season 3, Alexandra Breckenridge’s character of Melinda, or Mel, figures out the status of her child, and whether it belongs to her deceased husband, Mark, or her current partner, Jack.

Virgin River Season 4 Premiere Date: When and Where To Watch?

Virgin River is all set to premiere on Netflix on June 20, 2022, as confirmed by the OTT giant. The wait is not long as we are swiftly approaching the premiere date.
