A clip going viral on the internet shows rapping sensation Cardi B confronting bouncers at a nightclub in Miami, Florida after Black women were allegedly not being allowed in. "Let the Black women in here," the 29-year-old is heard saying. As per reports, a group of women waiting outside the club claimed they were denied entry on the basis of their race.
The incident is said to have occurred at club E11EVEN, widely considered among the top nightlife hotspots in the city.
"The group of women alleged that they watched the doormen let everyone else in but black women," a post by Instagram page Baller Alert reads, alongside a video over a minute long from the night in question on the weekend. Cardi B's husband and fellow rapper Offset was also present.
"The women wanted to purchase a table and had the means to so. They still are befuddled on why they were denied," the post adds.
The bouncers allegedly told Cardi B that they would eventually let the group of women in but did not.
